I have a feeling this will re-ignite the whole "Progsoc is not an
ISP" arguement. A better thing to say is say it is down, and offer to help
get it back up and running. That way, you are helping the other members,
you will be assured that the machine will actually work and you may even
learn something about the maintenance of the machine as well.
