I don't think so.
I was in the Kauri Labs at the time of the crash, and both ftoomsh and
sutekh were out of commission.
If ftoomsh and sutekh were indeed active, then I suspect that the cause of
the "crash" may have been an endless ping packet loop between medusa (I
think that's the name of ProgSoc's router) and the CompSci network. If so,
then it's not the first time it has happened.
