Well we've really got too many copies that are too old ... and so changed
the policy to give them away.  Um, yes we gave them away to new members
but I think existing members could have one if they asked at renewal or
whenever.  The reason I'm not sure is because nobody asked.

Honestly I think this kind of thing is too big to make a flat-out policy
for, so they'll decide it on a case-by-case basis.  And probably end up
chipping in for it, but that's a total guess.  We can find out the details
of the previous printing pretty easily ... there are receipts etc still
from '97 and you may find more records in the AGM minutes from years gone
by.
