[ProgSoc] Server Not Found Error

Hi everyone,

Would anyone know what could be the cause of a domain name not being able to 
resolve to its IP address? 

The problem I'm having at the moment is I have a primary DNS, and two secondary 
DNS. When I use the troubleshooting provided by INA 
(http://www.ina.com.au/tools/tools.html), I found that the primary DNS is not 
responding, but the two secondary DNS are. I know the server is up because if I 
specify the IP name directly, I am able to load the page.

I thought as long as one DNS is up, the domain name should be able to resolve? 
So does anyone know what the problem might be?
