[ProgSoc] "Acceptable Use"

People with Optus@nospam.Home or Advance,

Can you guys give me an idea of what they consider to be "Acceptable Use"
in terms of Mb/month? Say, is 1Gb per month excessive?

And does each service have a web page that details your usage for a
particular month?
