Simple. Macintosh HD icon -> System Folder -> Control Panel. The Apple
Menu Items folder inside the System Folder is (funnily enough) where the
Apple menu items live.

Even though it looks strange, I suspect you'll find it's not and takes a
regular RJ45 cable.

Both, with 7.5. Newer versions of the OS differentiated. You'll get the
Control panel though - it'll be there.
