I found this web page which was new to me but maybe I'm the last
to know about it, anyhow anyone who hasn't looked at it should
do so immediately:

	http://www.student-help.uts.edu.au/

It includes stuff like appeals, grievances, careers, counselling,
handbooks and a bunch of minority group stuff. It also has a link
labeled ``Academic Misconduct'' (in the A-Z section) but I could not
find any useful information by following that link, maybe someone
else can figure out where the necessary info is hiding.

There is also a big list of rules at:

	http://www.uts.edu.au/div/publications/policies/index.html

but I find it very difficult to locate any rule relating to payment
for assignments or anything similar (actually I find those rules
very difficult to navigate).
