Okay ... I'd like you to draft a new AUP.  Disk quotas looks good if it's
possible (we may have an issue with SCSI necessity).

As for the income ... I don't know if it will be reduced by very much.

But -- this is the whole reason -- personally I feel it is pointlessly
difficult to administer the $20/$10 distinction because nobody wants to
keep asking renewing members to show us their student card.  That's my
only motive.
