 I think you guys are missing the underlying philosophy
 of the occasion. Clearly it should just say :

       PROGSOC
         2000

 And then the name of CK's daughter [to be].

 Actually, if it's going to be some funky double-barrelled
 name, like Felicity-Ursula (think about it), we can lose
 the '2000' - since every second brick in the wall <npi>
 will have those numbers carved into them.  Hey, there's a
 thought -- confuse generations to come by asking for
 'PROGSOC 2003 JANE'.

 I like it.  I like it a lot.
