I'm writing a java application and I need to get the local time not the
GMT time.  I'm having problems getting the timezone set correctly.  Any
idea which time zone I should be using and what to do to get it right?  Is
this some sort of a bug or something in Java when it comes to Australian
time?

Any help would be appreciated.
