[ProgSoc] web counters

Or more specifically, a graphical web counter. Are there any installd on
ftoomsh? And for some reason I couldn't get the text counter on ftoomsh
to work (as a server side include). Where does the count data get
stored? I'd like to be able to edit it so that it starts off at some
number > 1.

Preferrably though, I'm interested in getting a graphical eb counter
running. Would appreciate any help.
