[ProgSoc] Roaming access server

Is the roaming access server on progsoc running? I tried accessing it, but
gave up after a few minutes of inactivity.

Also, what format is the data stored on it in? Is it possible to share the
data between the server and a local program, say, lynx, or the pine
addressbook?
