IBM GSA Customer Care Management Centre is the single point of contact for
all helpdesk activity within IBM GSA. It is the gateway for all customer
In this new role you will be working in a team of technical telephone
support experts, supporting major desktop operating systems and
applications, including the Internet. Products supported include Windows
í95, Microsoft suite, Lotus Notes etc, a working knowledge of LAN
infrastructure and protocol configuration would be useful.
If you're currently studying an IT related degree and have a strong
customer service ethic, this is an ideal opportunity to work part time with
one of the world's leading organisations.
Successful applicants will spend two to three weeks training during
February and then start working approximately 8 hours (or more) per week at
our West Pennant Hills site.
