[ProgSoc] CGI not working

Hi there,

I'm aware that ftoomsh has undergone some brain surgery. Should I expect
that things are running as normal at the moment 'cuz all the cgis i have on
my homepage ain't functioning. Attempting to run a cgi program will result
in a [500] Internal Service Error.
