[ProgSoc] Headers and footers in NT Server

Greetings all,

much to my disadvantage, I have been given a web page to design that is to
run on an NT server (I have no power to change it, unfortunately). Knowing
very little about cgi, but foreseeing the necessity to use it, is there
much difference between cgi programs for different servers? I mean is
there a "standard" set of programs? For example, the #include from a
recent thread would be very handee, but can NT handle it?
