[ProgSoc] setuid cgi scripts

Question for the web adminny type ppls.

I've just installed Netscape Enterprise Server 3.1 and I'm trying to
configure it to run cgi scripts as the user they're owned by, but the
path the cgi script lives in is not a user's home directory. Now, it's
currently set to run all scripts as nobody (or whatever you set the
server wide user as) but I want a certain set of scripts to run as the
user who owns them. Is there an easy way to do this, or am I looking at a
third party piece of software for this functionality.

Oh for apache... but you know how company managers are. :)
