[ProgSoc] Modem Problems

Can someone please help me. After installing IE4.01, my modem doesn't
continue transmitting and receiving data. It does for about 30 seconds
then stops completely. After removing IE4.01, it works, but another
account has that same problem. I'm not sure what is wrong, so if anyone
has any suggestions, I will be very grateful. By the way, I'm using
win95b.
