Ignoring that rewritable CD-burners are ALREADY on the market (but need
more time before they are really reliable, probably not long). It's
very easy to add files to an existing CD by either packet-writing
or multi-session. This is already established technology.
Admittedly the software to do it is a bit confusing to most people
but this is a place of HIGHER learning, why should be hold back the
elite to cater to the mediocre?
