[ProgSoc] RTFM Revision - PERL

I am not sure about this, but does the latest version of TFM have a section
devoted to Perl ? If not, I would be willing to promote Perl by writing a
section for the next version of TFM. Also, what about XML - any room for
that ? I would also be interested in writing about this.
