[ProgSoc] New Intel Logo

With far too much spare time on my hands, and a mind that wanders a lot, I
noted that the Intel Logo looked kinda like a snail. I thought it should
maybe look more like a snail, so now it does. I have a small version and a
large version, the only diff being the size. (the large one is twice the
size of the small one). You can get them at:
