Re: [ProgSoc] Telnet programs

Another seemingly odd thing about win95 telnet is that... well... it
crashes. I have a very odd piece of mail a friend sent me (it has some
attatched pascal sources, about 35 K), that whenever I open the
attatchments screen in pine (yeah, I know its unsafe) it locks the
terminal! Eeeek! So I have to disconnect and relog in (followed by a kill
-9 -1 later on :( ) I'm currently trying to find out if this is a bug in
pine, or the telnet program. And yah, I'm *almost* certain that the
message doesn't have any encoded control chars, so we can rule that one
out.
(Heres my 2 cents - im in win95 telnet now. It hoses. Get something else
:)
	Cheers,
