One of three things:
1. (as I've experienced) The .bin may mean nothing at all, try opening it;
2. May have been sent my a Mac user in MacBinary format (.bin), where
you'll need to run Stuffit Expander or some other Mac type compression
program to open it; or
3. None of the above.
