I think Andrew is referring to the 'The following addresses have permanent
fatal errors' section of the mail. This seems to indicate (misleadingly)
that the mail did not get to any of the people it was sent to. I believe
Andrew was enquiring if there was a way to make this less misleading. IMHO
of course.
