That is because we presently use that to associate an account with a
member; We (Cam and I) are in the process of moving this information to a
database -- most of our receipts and member records are now electronic. We
are now in the process of matching receipts to members and their accounts,
which is very time consuming.

I'm not so sure we should get other people to help because of the nature
of the data - obviously the soon it is done, the sooner we can allow the
gcos to be modified by the owner.

Agreed, and we are doing something about it, it is just taking a lot
longer than we thought.

Anand.
