I endaevoured to explain at the time. It appears that I failed. I have
explained it at length since. Do you dispute my explanation? (Obvious
question: If I intended to stop these people from voting, why adjourn
the meeting, why not just hold it with those who had voting rights at
that time?)

This was not Chi's primary intent however. It is a side effect.
I'd have to say that waking people up is probably a good thing though.
