I have received no mail on this matter. The system list is handled by
a group of people who answer member queries and forward email they
can't to the relevant group.

I have considered a trouble ticketing system, but time has not permitted
this yet. Anyone wishing to develop a solution will be welcomed.

Please attend the next progsoc OGM. The next one will be the first Monday
of May, 5pm. Alternatively speak with one of the admins at the AGM.
NOTE: This is standard policy for locked accounts (for obvious reasons)

I remember the situation:

1. You were running eggdrop. I did a write to you and asked you not
to run it. Problem solved.

2. I come back another day and you were running it again. I request
yet again not to run it. I kill the process.

3. Once again you were running it. I email you the following:

| Please mail mud@nospam.progsoc before running your bot again. You need permission

4. You guessed it. Account locked.

Would you like to volunteer to help us? The system list could dearly do with
more people to respond to member queries promptly.
