For ProgSoc it is 7.

I strongly advise members who are interested/concerned about what happens
if the exec turns nasty to actually read the constitution and consider
the use of SGMs. The bottom line is that if the exec turns nasty, then
ProgSoc is in serious trouble. At such a time, it might be sensible to
consider forcing an SGM. This has been in our constitution since day one,
and is the ultimate fallback when all else fails.
