I would say that the delay in connecting is probably due to a hacked
arrangement untill the changeover is fully operational, at the moment the
330 lines all still work, so do the 9514 ones, i would say that when you
dial 9514 it goes off to the exchange and says im optus, and then optus
says no you are still telstra, go back to 330-blah. If this is what is
happening it would stop happening when they changeover has actually
happened, when the 330 lines will probably be slower untill they just
dissapear.

Dont we have a few people on the list that fork for telstra/optus, maybe
someone could find out the real story for us.
