No freak incident. I'm pretty sure it's their switches. There should
be something thatcan be done... Does anyone know of any ITD or other
Uni people who could complain to Optus about the service? I certainly
don't think there's anyone who'd give a shit, but I could be wrong. I'm
sticking to Telstra for the moment.
