Telstra/Uni Lines

I started to use the 9514- number to dial up to SoCS yesterday, and have
noticed that it's, on average, 500cps slower than the 330- line. Is there
a problem with the Telstra switches, or are the 9514 numbers on a different
exchange? The time it takes to make a connection is also longer than
before, so I suppose that it's the switching that's slowing things
down.

Any ideas?

Peter
