In your home directory on ftoomsh, create a file called ".forward".
This file should contain a list of email addresses to automatically forward
your progsoc mail to. In this case, you would have one line in the file:

yourloginnameforyoursocsaccount@nospam.socs.uts.edu.au

If this doesn't work, try changing yourloginnameforyoursocsaccount to your
login name for your socs account.
