announcements as new articles are posted.

That is best understood by face-to-face discussion - thus the 4 general
meetings instead of 1.

This is tricky. Decision making via email is generally disasterous - in the
experience of the current exec anyway.

Any decisions that can be delayed until the next general meeting are being
delayed until the next general meeting. It is certainly our aim to post pros
and cons of items to be discussed ahead of time. (Watch this space.)
