Why do you give away stuff? How do you determine when to
give it to progsoc or some other "deserving" individual(s)?
If you do it because it gets the sun(tm) on another webpage
dedicated towards "desirable" activities, it is equally
conceivable that an individual (for example, mr Kennedy) could
do the same. I do not doubt that giving equipment to groups
of people gets the sun(tm) brandname into more heads, but
equipment given to specific strategic people can achieve the
same effect.
Of course, the likeliest explanation is that you are a most
generous lot concerned with the welfare of the world.
Try not to take this as criticism of ENS's actions, I'm just
wondering about why you do these things.
