I just thought I'd communicate this plan to the rest of progsoc,
since it's been a while since I last spoke to progsoc ppl about it.
The plan as of last yeaer was to connect a linux machine a friend
of mine and I (both progsoc members) purchased last year for this purpose
to the progsoc subnet. Since we are still unsure of exactly what we ar
going to run on it, I thought I'd field some questions about it, or
suggestions as to what to use it for.
Please note that these are only suggestions, as we haven't even
got it connected yet, nor have we negotiated the exact conditions of its
connection. The hardware is ready to go, and the majority of the software
we want to get it running is also ready.
Cam, Wildfire and friends who I spoke to b4 about it... Feel free
to give me your thoughts. Hopefully we can work everything out and get
this thing up and running at long last.
