Have ACS banned encryption systems from their machines? If not, quit
complaining and start encypting. They aint gonna be able to look inside
your encypted files.
I cant see why anyone has any expectation of privacy on a system over which
they have no control, or which they do not own. If you want to keep
something private, leave it on your own machine.

While it may be nice to have some rules or policies from ACS/ITD/CCSD/CSD,
and while it would be even nicer for them to give its users absolute
privacy, it doesnt mean anything. People are always operating outside the
rules. If you want privacy, use *your* machine.
