TFM is a good idea for first years. There is a market for it, so let's
just do it... there isn't a great deal that must be done in order for
us to produce this year's version - just use last year's chapters.

Although online documentation is often nice, and via the web it is
generally accessible, nothing beats hardcopy docs.
