I'm re-editing it as we speak... I might just end up having a disclaimer
saying "There are a couple of errors in this chapter. We leave it as a
exercise to the reader to find them." I haven't had a chance to actually
check the miranda myself, and couldn't spot any errors with a cursory
glance through, but I've been informed there are a couple. The same goes
for the bin/sh chapter. I'll get on it this weekend.
