Can the cancellation of an account, whether because of breach in policy
or whatever, can the offending member be notified, by either itd account
or even phone/mail where appropriate? If th account's to be locked cos
of something else, how about giving the member a warning that this could
happen unless s/he does something real fast (7days??)
Not in favour of what seems to me to be a sledgehammer approach of
locking an account cos someone's got a bit too much space taken up, when
they may have no idea that they are liable...
My 2 cents (warn me before you lock my account for it :)
