I really don't see the need to make up an extra position that is
exclusively for 1st Years. If they want to run for a position then I
think that it is their choice (and on their own heads) and also if we as
members vote (whether that person is a first year or not) it should be on
merit.
I personally think the first years have enough things to worry
about -=> Eiffel (I'll say no more)
But hey I'm just one person but we are many ....
