This is startlingly close to an idea already proposed. The only
problem would be we don't raise any money for ProgSoc if everyone just
accesses the Web page rather than buy TFM. A further proposal to restrict
access to the page from within UTS to accounts on ftoomsh, and allow
unrestricted access from other sites, seems decent, as we had at one time
had members who wished to sell TFM at other universities.

In response to Robert (but you should all read it):

Vol. II will probably be produced around May, depending on my own
workload at CLT. I definitely want it produced before second semester,
but sbg wasn't too worried about it being that late. It will have a
different cover to Vol. I (more new artwork!) If anyone wants to submit
chapters/artwork/anything else for it, you have about 2 1/2 to 3 months
to do it in. Get busy!
