Well, we've used that one for two years now and even though it good, I
thought a change might be in order. If you (or anyone else) wants to submit a
new design, ff. There seems to be a bit of debate going on as to what the new
cover should be - if we don't resolve it, we'll probably end up using the old
front cover anyway. I found this really cool Soviet propaganda poster which
equates illiteracy with blindness, and has a blind peasant walking over a
cliff, but Andrew didn't seem too impressed...
I don't want anything too computer-oriented, nothing "techy". That's why
I like the back cover - it has a computer in it, but has the feeling of a
woodcut; a sort of combining of old and new technologies blah blah blah.
