On the same point I suggest, given that data is easily copied, that a copy
of the evidence be taken and the accused person be allowed to continue
using their account until the matter is decided. Of course, when the matter
is decided the data should be deleted because either it is copyright (and
we dont want to be caught with a copy) or it belongs to the user and noone
else.
