While I most certainly don't mean to judge, I would suggest that "the
committee" be set up *as soon as possible* to deal with these issues. To
tell you the truth, I am surprised that such a committee has yet to be
set up, even informally...
Said committee should have approx 6-10 members, directly elected by
ProgSoc members. One of these should be the Chair, either elected from
the C'tee or directly (not *really* important which). Depending on how
formal you want to go, you should also go for a Secretary (to take
minutes etc...) elected in the same way as the Chair. Committee should
be as representational of its members as is humanly possible....
OK - there's my $0.02 worth... My reasons for the c'tee's composition are
that I got a lot of committee work under my belt... I seen things, you
might say...
Above is my opinions... direct flames, insults and the like to me, but
make sure to include at least *some* solutions to perceived problems...
