Completely ignoring the implications of Mr. Evans post and concentrating
soley and blinkeredly on MIME mechanics,...

Listproc stuff's up this sort of thing,.. it does a little too much
header processing. We're about to move this list over to ftoomsh and
start using majordomo. MIME encodings should start to work Real Soon
Now.
