1. modify MakeTeXPK for (600 -> `pssix') and put in ~/latex/bin.
2. create ~/latex/mf.
3. point MFBASES and MFINPUTS To ~/latex/mf.
4. copy ~mf/inputs/{mf.mf,cmmf.mf} to ~/latex/mf.
5. add new definition for `pssix' same as hplaser but pixels per inch = 600
to local `mgream-modes.mf', change mf.mf and cmmf.mf to include this.
6. inimf on mf.mf and cmmf.mf to dump new bases.
and shazam (without even sticking the two rings together!) it works.
