This list: a reminder of net-etiquette

If you have particular opinions about the way ProgSoc has been or should be
run, feel free to send to the list or bring them up at the meeting.
However, I would remind people of net-etiquette:

* Please consider how appropriate a message is *before* you sending it.
There are a large number of people on this list (40+). If private e-mail
would be more appropriate USE IT.

* Be particularly careful of criticising other people. I for one get *really*
pissed of when people make uncalled for, uninformed criticisms. Some people
donate a lot of their time and energy to ProgSoc for no personal gain.
Respect it or you might loose it.

* Please don't publicly flame newbies (or at least, if you do make it
short, witty and positive :-)

* All the usual: complete, intelligle sentances; avoid excessive signatures;
meaningful subject lines etc etc.
